Key Responsibilities:
As the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will:

  • Assess and consistently report on guest satisfaction, providing insights for enhancements.
  • Oversee the entire food and beverage operations, including staff management, scheduling, customer engagement, budgeting, and menu innovation.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design new menus that reflect market trends and appropriate pricing.
  • Train and mentor food and beverage personnel to uphold high performance standards and recruit new talent.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and labor costs to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or management is advantageous.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in food and beverage management.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the culinary landscape and standard portioning and plating practices.
  • Knowledge of national food safety and health regulations.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
