  • Proactively address customer needs and concerns.
  • Lead the food and beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training, and evaluating skilled staff.
  • Set objectives, create schedules, and establish policies and procedures.
  • Foster open communication and cultivate a motivating environment that emphasizes teamwork.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide management with reports on sales performance and operational productivity.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two to four years of management experience in a high-end dining establishment or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Ability to analyze food and beverage metrics effectively.
  • Proven capability to deliver exceptional service to guests.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in leading and developing a cohesive team.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and POS systems.
  • Certification in safe food handling is mandatory.
  • Registration as a casino employee is required.
