The primary objective is to enhance sales and profitability through exceptional customer satisfaction and effective employee involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Manage the daily functions of the Food and Beverage division, ensuring operational efficiency and top-notch service quality.
    • Guarantee adherence to health and safety protocols, including sanitation practices.
    • Formulate and execute operational guidelines, policies, and standards.
  • Guest Engagement:
    • Uphold a guest-centric philosophy, promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints and feedback.
    • Assess guest satisfaction metrics and respond to customer inquiries and remarks.
    • Ensure all food and beverage offerings are presented and served to exemplary standards.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Oversee Food and Beverage personnel, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer service.
    • Organize staff schedules and manage labor expenses within financial constraints.
    • Conduct performance assessments and provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • A degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 3-5 years in a food and beverage management capacity, ideally within a high-volume setting.
    • Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial oversight.
    • Background in staff training and development is essential.
