- Achieve sales and gross profit goals set by the company.
- Cultivate new sales through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing to develop relationships with prospective accounts and close opportunities.
- Demonstrate B2B sales expertise with a sense of urgency in addressing customer inquiries and closing sales.
- Respond to web leads throughout the US using video or phone meetings to progress the sales process.
- Maintain customer files accurately and deliver samples as required.
- Drive a positive experience with coworkers, customers, and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Sales experience with established packaging distribution territories.
- Industry experience selling packaging solutions including packaging machinery equipment and various packaging materials.
- Capacity to work independently.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship development skills.
- Deep understanding of customer relations and service.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
