Senior Sales Executive at Limetree (remote, noting preference given to qualified individuals where the company is headquartered in Dallas, TX)

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be a driving force for company growth by capturing new clients and establishing strong client relationships that equip Limetree to retain and expand its value year after year. You will own and improve the sales process and funnel, establishing best practices for lead generation, nurturing, qualification, and delivering effective presentations and proposals that clearly define how Limetree will provide a valued solution to clients leading to captured sales that meet or exceed established sales revenue targets.

You will report directly to Limetree’s Founder and President, and effectively collaborate across all levels of Limetree to facilitate effective sales processes, client growth and retention, and market expansion. You will play a critical role in Limetree’s success, unlocking professional opportunities for yourself with no limit on what you can achieve. If you are that person, then we want to speak with you.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Establish new client relationships and retain existing clients.
  • Meet or exceed company growth goals.
  • Successfully lead a solutions-based sales approach and process.
  • Create and maintain an organized sales plan including a list of qualified client prospects and mutually agreed upon success metrics.
  • Achieve consistent sales over time, even in periods of change in consumer interest.
  • Conduct your own research to understand how to best penetrate identified client targets and the market overall to gain consumer interest.
  • Represent the company with the utmost professionalism to maintain the company’s good reputation.
  • Encourage teamwork and be an example to other Limetree team members.
  • Maintain integrity and honesty, and deal ethically with consumers no matter the situation.
  • Ensure sales tools are effectively managed to maximize sales activities.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations that are compelling, accurate, and effective at unlocking solution-focused sales opportunities.
Senior Sales Executive Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Must have at least 5+ years of experience in building multi-year client relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Proven experience in successfully executing a solutions-based sales process.
  • Established record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets.
  • Competent presentation skills and strong listening skills.
  • Ability to display and share your knowledge in a confident and approachable manner.
  • Possess a passion for finding and selling to new customers.
  • A record of success in capturing new clients and growing sales with existing clients.
  • Be willing to follow through to see that every customer you have gained is satisfied with the outcome.
