**Compensation & Benefits**

Salaried position with annual discretionary bonus.

Two (2) weeks vacation annually, seven (7) personal days annually, employer contributions to health, dental, and vision insurance, and employer 401K match and profit sharing.

Currently recruiting for an HR Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function, including payroll, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This role is crucial in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and promote a positive, meritocratic organizational culture.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Run payroll on a weekly basis through our HRIS system.
- Responsible for the administration of the HRIS system ensuring, among other things that deductions, garnishments, certified payroll prevailing wage differences, insurance, ACA reporting, EEO reporting, COBRA, Time Off policies, Time & Attendance policies, and other relevant features are all encoded within the HRIS correctly.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Foster a positive working environment through effective communication, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Liaise across departments to manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent within the firm.
- Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth integration and continuous development.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
- Oversee employee terminations and ensure a smooth, clearly communicated offboarding process for terminated employees.
- Assist across departments to develop performance management plans and conduct annual performance reviews.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable. Must be able to:

- Lift 50 lbs
- Sit for prolonged periods of time
- Reach, push, pull, bend, squat
- Drive (have valid driver's license)
- Wear personal protective equipment, when required (e.g. safety glasses, hard hats)
- Work in loud environments
