Overview:
As an integral part of our HR team, the HR Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our leadership and operational teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership:
    Serve as the representative for the company during management appeal interviews and grievance procedures. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and support training initiatives within the organization.
  • Client Relations:
    Address employee relations inquiries that may escalate to disciplinary actions. Maintain communication with management regarding legal updates and HR policy changes.
  • Compliance:

Qualifications:
