The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions, staff leadership, and strategic execution of a program aimed at helping individuals secure and maintain employment while working towards permanent housing solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality service delivery, building partnerships with local businesses and community organizations, and driving ongoing enhancements to meet the needs of our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation and administration of the supported employment transitional housing initiative.
  • Supervise a team providing case management and client services on-site.
  • Assist residents in sustaining their employment through ongoing support and resources.
  • Oversee staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during program hours.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, regulations, and funding guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry in required systems.
  • Monitor the program budget for effective resource allocation.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise program staff, including case managers and support personnel.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and offer professional development opportunities.
  • Promote a collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Address client accommodation requests and manage grievances.
  • Document incidents, staff logs, and contractual reports.
  • Create personalized employment and education plans based on individual resident goals.
  • Facilitate team meetings and provide regular supervision to team members.

Partnership Development:
  • Build relationships with local employers, housing providers, and community organizations.
  • Enhance program services through strategic partnerships.
  • Represent the program at community events and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other program managers to identify employment opportunities for participants.
  • Engage in organization-wide committees and training as needed.

Data Management and Reporting:
  • Analyze program outcomes and utilize data for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and submit reports to leadership and evaluation teams.
  • Track client progress towards their goals.
  • Identify opportunities for program innovation and expansion.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Health, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, focusing on supported employment or housing services.
  • Licensure as a social worker or counselor is required.
  • Proven experience in outcome-based program management and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with social services resources and compliance standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and colleagues.
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations and understanding issues related to addiction and mental health.

  • Independent work capability with strong management skills.

Salary: $63,000 - $78,000, commensurate with experience.
