We are seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the insurance industry and offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive environment. As an Assistant Account Manager, you will assist in managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall operations of the commercial insurance department.

*Key Responsibilities*
* *Client Support:*
* Assist in the preparation and processing of insurance quotes, applications, and renewals.
* Respond to client inquiries and provide information regarding policies, coverage, and claims.
* Maintain and update client records in the agency management system.
* *Policy Administration:*
* Support Account Managers in handling policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations.
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of policy documents to clients.
* Assist in reviewing and verifying the accuracy of policy information and endorsements.
* *Claims Assistance:*
* Provide initial support in the claims process, including gathering necessary information and documentation.
* Communicate with clients and insurance carriers to facilitate the resolution of claims.
* *Administrative Support:*
* Perform general administrative tasks such as e-filing, scanning, and data entry.
* Assist in scheduling and coordinating client meetings and appointments.
* Prepare and distribute client communications and marketing materials.
* *Team Collaboration:*
* Work closely with Business Insurance Advisors and other team members to ensure seamless client service.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of department processes.

*Qualifications*
* *Education:*
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
* *Experience:*
* Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
* Familiarity with insurance products and services is an advantage but not required.
* *Skills:*
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
