Compensation:
$75,000.00-$100,000.00 annually.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of managing a Plumbing and HVAC Service Department, including:
  • Supervising field technicians and providing guidance on specific technical challenges.
  • Ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Monitoring project timelines to ensure timely completion.
  • Conducting site visits to inspect work for compliance with local and state building codes.
  • Participating in staff training initiatives.
  • Engaging with customers to assist with quotes, proposals, and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure optimal service and pricing.
  • Assisting in the preparation of customer invoices.
  • Developing growth strategies and plans.
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
  • Expanding the client base.
  • Possessing in-depth knowledge of business products, services, and value propositions.
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
  • Staying informed on industry trends at both local and national levels.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Capitalizing on all opportunities within the designated market area.
  • Understanding competitive landscape.
  • Reporting on successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Some management and estimating experience is advantageous.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
