Role Summary
The Customer Service Representative is a vital role within our organization, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our clientele. This position involves direct interaction with customers to manage orders, address inquiries, and resolve issues related to our diverse range of products, including water softeners and drinking water systems.

The primary objective of this role is to provide a level of service that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations. Successful candidates will exhibit strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in problem-solving, process orders, and maintain existing customer accounts.
  • Adhere to company protocols and policies while identifying opportunities to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Foster proactive sales support for assigned accounts by building strong relationships with customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone.
  • Coordinate service and delivery schedules with the operations team.
  • Manage billing for services, deliveries, and new installations.
  • Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to schedule additional services or propose maintenance plans.
  • Escalate unresolved customer issues to appropriate departments for further resolution.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Minimum of two years in a customer service role.
  • Strong time management and project management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
