Compensation:
  • $75,000.00-$100,000.00 annually
Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of managing a Plumbing and HVAC Service Department, including:
  • Supervising field technicians and providing guidance on specific technical challenges
  • Ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Monitoring project timelines to ensure timely completion
  • Conducting site visits to inspect work for compliance with local and state building codes
  • Participating in staff training initiatives
  • Engaging with customers to assist with estimates, proposals, and addressing concerns
  • Collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure optimal service and pricing
  • Assisting in the preparation of customer invoices
  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients
  • Expanding the client base
  • Possessing in-depth knowledge of business products, services, and value propositions
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and potential revenue streams
  • Staying informed on industry trends at both local and national levels
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Capitalizing on opportunities within the designated market area
  • Understanding competitive landscape
  • Reporting on successes and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Experience in management and estimating is advantageous
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
