I am working with a leading Commercial Refrigeration Manufacturer who specialises in walk-in coolers, freezers, and insulated storage rooms for various industries such as food service, pharmaceuticals and distribution centres.


Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role as a Regional Manager. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the rep sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets on a regional level.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage rep groups
  • Overall Territory and Budget management
  • Account Management
  • Maintain and develop new and existing relationships.


Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Walk In Experience desired
  • Must have experience in the refrigeration or mechanical industry
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
