Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Farmina Pet Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our retail customers in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow our retail customer base in the assigned territory
  • Ride along with distribution representatives to ensure seamless delivery of our products
  • Visit stores on a regular rotation to provide merchandising support and train employees
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our brand presence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience in the pet food industry
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 75% of the time
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to schedule others
  • Highly collaborative and creative problem-solver
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
