Job Summary

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the assigned territory. This role will work closely with the Regional Sales Director to implement processes and develop more business in the traditional 2-step distribution channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to increase sales at Retail lumber yards and assist with PK's and special orders of MoistureShield throughout the territory.
  • Lead and coordinate sales functions, including training store personnel on our products.
  • Represent MoistureShield and attend trade home shows to promote our product.
  • Investigate and resolve customer claims to reinforce relationships between customers and local stores.
  • Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales-related units.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.
  • Responsible for pull-through sales to builders, architects, and homeowners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 5+ years related experience in Sales.
  • Experience in the building material space is a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Travel up to 50% with some overnight travel.
