Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, conducting cold calls, setting up meetings, and building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales Achievement - Meet and exceed targeted sales goals and objectives, presenting and demonstrating the benefits of our aesthetic laser products to potential clients, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other aesthetic physicians.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing consultative sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Strategy - Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the territory, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge - Stay informed about the latest advancements in aesthetic laser technology and effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
  • Event Participation - Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with potential clients.
  • Reporting - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status, preparing regular reports for the Area Sales Manager.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in medical or capital equipment sales. Experience in the aesthetics industry is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, high level of motivation and a hunter mentality.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain complex technical products, proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight and weekend travel.
