As a Sponsorship Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new sponsorship deals for our company. You’ll be building relationships with potential sponsors, creating customized sponsorship packages, and negotiating terms. You’ll be working closely with our marketing and events teams to ensure sponsorships are executed seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills, along with a deep understanding of the sponsorship industry. If you’re a driven individual who loves the thrill of closing deals and building partnerships, we want to hear from you.

Your responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sponsorship revenue goals
  • Identify and prioritize potential sponsors based on their fit with the organization’s goals and target audience
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity to ensure the organization stays ahead of the curve
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors by providing excellent customer service and communication
  • Create custom sponsorship proposals and presentations that are tailored to the sponsor’s needs and interests
  • Negotiate sponsorship contracts and ensure all terms are clearly defined and agreed upon by both parties
  • Manage sponsorship activation and fulfillment, working closely with other departments to ensure all sponsor obligations are met
  • Track sponsorship revenue and expenses, providing regular reports to management
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in sponsorship sales and marketing
