Marketing Management:

Formulate and execute property-wide strategies that meet the expectations of the brand's target customer profile while delivering a return on investment.
Candidate Profile:
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience; or a 4-year degree with 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A 4-year college degree.
- Proven experience in leading a team.
- Background in lodging sales and hotel industry experience with a track record of exceptional performance.

- Manage strategic account plans for market demand generators.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Participate in sales strategy meetings and contribute to overall sales direction.

- Establish strong partnerships with local organizations to enhance brand awareness.
