We are looking for an Account Executive to focus on prospecting and hunting for new business opportunities within the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry or B2B markets. You'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales quotas. This role requires a high level of activity, targeting mid-market clients and managing transactional and complex sales cycles.

Industry Experience:

  • 1-4 years in HCM sales, focusing on hunting/prospecting for new clients.

Non-Industry Experience:

  • 2-6 years of successful B2B sales experience with a strong focus on net new business development.
  • Experience in SaaS or Tech sales preferred.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement in a fast-paced environment.
