Job Summary:

Air Burners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing new lead generation and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team, engineering, and sales management to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospects.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Execute sales plans and priorities of Air Burners.
  • Travel a minimum of 25% to meet with customers and prospects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of business-to-business sales experience or equivalent proven sales abilities.
  • Proven track record of managing and building successful relationships in the capital equipment market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the wood waste industry is a plus, but continuous training is provided.
  • Ability to learn and proficiently utilize a CRM system.
