The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled HR Generalist to play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support our continued success. You'll partner with our team to ensure a positive and compliant work environment while contributing to strategic HR initiatives. This will be a fully on-site position in our Philadelphia office.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for all Philadelphia-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to facilitate a smooth and positive new hire experience.
  • Manage employee relations, fostering a culture of open communication and addressing concerns effectively.
  • Assist with benefits administration and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Stay up-to-date on federal and Pennsylvania employment laws and regulations.
  • Partner with leadership on various HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting.
  • Proficient understanding of federal and Pennsylvania employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace change.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (including 365).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in the Distribution or Manufacturing industries (a plus).
  • Experience in Clear Company (a plus).
