POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a Longenecker & Associates employee, the Performance Assurance Field Specilaist will engage in mission critical work, join a team that constantly exceeds client expectations, and become a member of highly skilled L&A professionals.

The role of a Performance Assurance Field Specialist will include:
  • Programmatic development, improvement and implementation of Performance Assurance areas:
    • Issues Management,
    • DOE Occurrence Reporting,
    • Event Investigation,
    • Management Assessments and Integrated Assessment Schedule,
    • Lessons learned / Operating Experience,
    • Performance indicators and metrics,
    • Root Cause Analyses.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Performance Assurance Field Specialists Level 1
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Performance Assurance Field Specialists Level 2
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Performance Assurance Field Specialists Level 3
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience with similar programs in a highly regulated work environment such as commercial Nuclear, DOE or DoD.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to work in a diverse work environment,
  • Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug screening,
  • Ability to fulfill and promote L&A core values.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience on DOE sites and programs.

Hanford Site – Washington
