Job Description Summary

Constellation Kids is in search of a Human Resources and Recruitment Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the employee lifecycle as it pertains to both the strategic and administrative side of the employee population. You will focus on managing end-to-end recruiting coordinators, driving talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration. The Human Resources and Recruitment Manager handles our core HR functions to help us provide excellent guidance to our employees while managing the recruitment department to ensure operational growth.


Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-4+ years of HR experience and 2+ years in a recruiting/talent acquisition role, healthcare industry is preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continual attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and ADP (or similar platform)


Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the Director of ABA Services, serve as a strategic partner to growth by understanding and executing recruitment goals
  • Administer requirements of OSHA logs, Worker’s Compensation documentation, Department of
    Labor filings, and other related activities, as needed and on time
  • Maintain and update employee files
  • Administer and assist employees with benefit options
  • Manage job postings for multiple service areas
  • Work with supervisors if support is needed with development or performance management
  • Prepares and maintains reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover rates, retention, and employee engagement to help guide focused planning.
  • Leads the coordination of all onboarding and offboarding of employees to ensure consistency, partnering with HR recruiters.
