 Position Purpose
The Vice President of Strategy is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and guiding the Project Management Office (PMO), Product Development, and Vendor Management functions. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering value across the company. The VP of Strategy will work closely with senior leadership to define and execute strategic priorities, manage cross-functional projects, and develop innovative solutions to enhance business performance.
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the PMO and project management team, ensuring effective governance, prioritization, and timely execution of projects within scope, and within budget.
  • Oversee Product Development, driving innovation and ensuring products meet market needs and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure optimal performance and value and to build strategic partnerships that support innovation efforts.
  • Identify and analyze new technologies, market trends, and industry insights to inform innovation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic goals and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of all projects and initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Lead change management efforts associated with strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and integration across the organization.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility.
 Qualifications (Bullet Points)
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in PMO, Product Development, Project Management, and Vendor Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
