Position Overview:
At LS Retail, we are on the lookout for a driven and people-oriented Vice President to spearhead our growth initiatives across the Americas. This role is pivotal in mentoring our workforce towards success while shaping the trajectory of our business through innovative strategies and a clear vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee LS Retail's operations in the Americas, managing sales, consulting services, revenue generation, and business development.
- Establish, track, and report on regional KPIs, ensuring adherence to company-wide policies and standards.
- Develop and implement regional strategies and sales plans that align with the overarching goals of the organization.
- Engage with partners and clients to advocate for and sell LS Retail solutions.
- Coordinate and lead local and regional LS Retail events.
- Assess and propose opportunities for business growth and expansion within the region.
- Attract, retain, and inspire team members within a health-conscious, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years in a commercial or managerial role, complemented by 10 years of sales experience.
- A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems is essential.
- A solid understanding of the retail sector.
- A proven ability to cultivate a collaborative team environment, leading with integrity and strong values.
- Experience in channel, partner, and indirect sales is advantageous.
- Exceptional sales skills with a talent for building robust business relationships.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel 20-40% of the month.
