The Enterprise Sales division is tasked with generating revenue for Randstad Enterprise's core offerings on both a global and local scale by identifying and securing lucrative opportunities.

About the Role
As the Vice President of Business Growth, you will take charge of finalizing intricate solution sales with a portfolio of large multinational clients representing the global Fortune 2000 (G2000) companies within your designated area.

Your role will involve crafting leading-edge and inventive RPO and MSP solutions tailored to client requirements, guiding the sales process from initial engagement through negotiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Attain sales objectives through proficient management of the sales cycle for a specified roster of global and regional G2000 enterprise clients.
- Assemble global sales pursuit teams, utilizing these teams to align and energize sales strategies aimed at driving new business worldwide.
- Provide support to Executive Enterprise Solutions Partners on the most significant and complex global transactions by offering local and regional insights.
- Exhibit your expertise and capability to cultivate and maintain enduring customer relationships.
- Enhance our regional and global standing in RPO and MSP across the targeted area.
- Serve as a principal advisor to senior management on strategic endeavors.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a fluid sales process from client acquisition to implementation.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated global sales and/or account management experience, with a proven track record of generating new business in complex global solution sales.

Knowledge: A solid history of driving global revenue and profitable growth, strong industry knowledge, along with exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $154,850 to $199,650.
