As the Vice President of Scientific Operations, you will take the lead in managing and overseeing your assigned accounts. This role is ideal for individuals looking to elevate their careers within a vibrant work environment that fosters professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the scientific authority, providing expert scientific and communication support in both commercial and scientific domains to your direct reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust in the agency's services and ensuring a high standard of scientific and strategic collaboration.
- Lead the provision of scientific insights for clients and accounts, collaborating with various teams to ensure that client communication strategies are effectively understood and implemented.
- Support business development initiatives and promote organic growth of existing accounts by identifying service gaps or product opportunities.
- Stay informed about emerging market trends and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the therapeutic landscapes relevant to your accounts.

Qualifications:
- An advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD) is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Medical Communications field, particularly in Promotional/Commercial settings.

We seek candidates with demonstrated expertise in the Oncology/Hematology therapeutic areas, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build relationships and influence across various stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to prioritize effectively are essential for achieving organizational goals.
