Your Role and Team

In your role as Senior Vice President of Client Success, you will architect this transformation by building and leading a high-performing team dedicated to creating and implementing outstanding coaching experiences that yield significant outcomes.

This pivotal position reports to our North American Leadership team and involves leading an engaged team to successfully implement our coaching solutions, drive revenue growth, expand our offerings globally, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction at every interaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a data-driven, innovative strategy for our comprehensive client experience, from seamless onboarding to enthusiastic advocacy.
  • Lead and mentor a vibrant team of client success managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and a relentless commitment to surpassing client expectations.
  • Formulate a customer retention strategy to cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to devise strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team performance and client satisfaction, driving ongoing enhancements.
  • Build robust relationships with key clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs to ensure their success.
  • Advocate for the customer perspective to influence product development, ensuring our solutions evolve with their aspirations.
  • Drive continuous enhancement of client success processes, tools, and solutions through data-driven insights and client feedback.
  • Scale a dynamic team of success managers dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.

  • Extensive leadership experience in client success, preferably within the coaching or education sectors.
  • A proven track record in designing and executing comprehensive customer experiences that exceed established KPIs and ensure client satisfaction.
