Position Overview
As a Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, you will report directly to the Senior Vice President and play a pivotal role in generating qualified business opportunities for the organization. Your responsibilities will include maintaining an extensive project database, coordinating both internal and external pursuit communications, fostering positive community relationships, assisting the team in securing projects, and overseeing the development of new marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients through various channels including networking, trade shows, and direct outreach.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives targeting prospective clients through various mediums such as print, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Effectively communicate and advocate for our collaborative consulting approach to potential clients.
  • Establish and nurture relationships based on trust and mutual respect with prospective clients.
  • Secure commitments from clients to collaborate exclusively with our firm, facilitating the preparation of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) documents with the Executive Vice President.
  • Oversee the submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and maintain accurate records of business development activities within the company database.
  • Lead the creation and management of essential sales resources that enhance market positioning and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of services to clients, facilitating smooth product adoption and customer enablement.
  • Develop and communicate targeted market messaging to drive key business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure effective service delivery and feature implementation.
  • Analyze competitive offerings and explore potential partnership opportunities relevant to our services.
  • Organize and participate in business development events to promote company initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in driving cross-functional marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing large and complex business pursuits.
  • Experience in articulating and documenting client requirements.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Proven management skills with experience in team development and leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong consulting, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and extensive background checks.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills and effective communication across all organizational levels.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
Compensation
We are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation. The salary range for this position is typically between $116,400.00 and $146,300.00, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses. Final compensation will be determined based on various factors including geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We prioritize pay equity in our compensation practices.
