Sales Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in the warranty business to lead a team of approximately 10 sales representatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of warranty products and services, and a demonstrated ability to drive sales growth while enhancing team productivity and closing rates. This role is pivotal in guiding and empowering our sales team to achieve their full potential and exceed targets in the warranty sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of approximately 10 sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to identify areas for improvement in the sales process and closing techniques.
- Implement strategies and initiatives to streamline workflows, optimize sales processes, and improve overall team productivity.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Ensure that sales representatives have a comprehensive understanding of warranty products, coverage options, pricing structures, and competitive advantages.
- Monitor sales team performance metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and sales cycle length.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or technical sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends and customer needs
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in outside sales or business development is preferred
We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus performance bases commission.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, in the warranty business
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

- Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of warranty products, services, and industry regulations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and drive continuous improvement.
