About the Role

Lexus of Edison is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed dealership sales goals by selling vehicles that satisfy customers' needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Utilize the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (Dealer Socket) to manage all customer contact and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Consultation: Build relationships with customers and consult with them to determine their needs, presenting vehicle selections that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Post-Delivery Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up on all post-delivery items to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Generate new business by prospecting, making follow-up calls to internet leads, and educating potential customers on Lexus models.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver an exceptional Lexus experience by developing viable prospects, presenting products that meet customer needs, and preparing and presenting proposals.
