Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement business driving events to achieve department goals and increase sales.
  • Review and analyze business performance of daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual sales results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise the presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked department.
  • Sell merchandise through effective customer service techniques and professional selling skills to reach personal productivity goals.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with vendors to negotiate business outcomes and manage vendor events and promotions.
  • Maintain compliance with all hygiene standards and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a sales or management role.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop a team of Beauty Advisors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop business driving events to achieve department goals.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking around the store or department.
  • Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment.
  • Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color vision.
