- Supervise the presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked department.
- Sell merchandise through effective customer service techniques and professional selling skills to reach personal productivity goals.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with vendors to negotiate business outcomes and manage vendor events and promotions.
- Maintain compliance with all hygiene standards and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a sales or management role.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop a team of Beauty Advisors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop business driving events to achieve department goals.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking around the store or department.
- Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment.
- Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color vision.
