Lead Sales Strategist

Overview:
We are seeking an energetic Sales Manager with a background in the warranty sector to oversee a team of sales professionals. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, a thorough knowledge of warranty offerings, and the capability to stimulate sales growth while boosting team efficiency. This position is vital in steering the sales team to surpass objectives in the warranty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct, coach, and support a team of sales professionals to meet sales objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the team to pinpoint areas for enhancement in the sales approach.
- Execute strategies to refine sales processes and elevate team performance.
- Oversee the sales cycle from initial outreach to final agreement.
- Ensure the team is well-versed in warranty offerings and their competitive edge.
- Track and evaluate sales team performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within technology or technical sales
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Proficient in data analysis for informed decision-making
- Proven history of achieving sales goals
- Experience in business development is advantageous
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- At least 10 years of sales leadership experience in the warranty sector
- Proven success in driving sales growth
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with sales CRM software
