Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement business driving events to achieve department goals and drive sales growth.
  • Review and analyze business performance of daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual sales results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise the presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor.
  • Sell merchandise through effective customer service techniques and professional selling skills to reach personal productivity goals.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with vendors to negotiate business outcomes and manage vendor events and promotions.
  • Maintain compliance with all hygiene standards and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a sales or management role.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and analyze business performance data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and vendors.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods (at least two consecutive hours) of standing/walking around the store or department.
  • Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment.
  • Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color vision.
  • Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 lbs.
