Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to our inside sales team. The Inside Sales Trainer will ensure our sales representatives are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and best practices to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Duties:

  • Training Program Development: Design and develop engaging training materials, including manuals, and presentations that align with the company’s sales strategies and objectives.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales team members, in person.
  • Sales Techniques and Product Knowledge: Educate sales representatives on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
  • Mentorship and Support: Act as a mentor to sales representatives, providing one-on-one coaching and support to help them overcome challenges and improve their performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers and team leaders to identify training needs and develop customized training plans. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure sales representatives have up-to-date information on products and services.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and training program effectiveness. Provide regular reports to management on training outcomes and sales performance improvements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. (Preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales training or coaching role. Inside sales experience preferred.
