Job Requirements 
0 - 2 years of relevant and progressive Human Resources experience
1-3 years of experience in an administrative role

Duties and Responsibilities
·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong desire to serve and grow in a dynamic organization
·         Strong attention to detail and results oriented
·         Provide exceptional customer service to employees and supervisors by answering questions and proactively troubleshooting HR related challenges
·         Maintain high levels of confidentiality
