The HR Assistant will provide essential support to the HR Managers and cross-functional leaders by executing clerical and administrative tasks. This position is crucial for maintaining and updating employee records while delivering outstanding customer service to both employees and supervisors.
Key Duties
- Administrative Assistance: Deliver clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department.
- Record Management: Compile and maintain employee records in both physical and digital formats.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries from employees and supervisors, resolving HR-related issues effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance: Review files and documentation for adherence to compliance standards.
- Task Management: Manage multiple responsibilities concurrently while upholding confidentiality.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- HR Background: 0-2 years of pertinent experience in Human Resources.
- Administrative Background: 1-3 years in an administrative capacity.
- Competencies: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
- Outstanding customer service capabilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
