Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

  • A minimum of five years of experience in an HR Business Partner capacity, preferably within a manufacturing setting, with a strong preference for pharmaceutical or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience.

  • Proven experience in various HR functions, including organizational development, employee relations, strategic planning, and compliance.

  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS), with experience in ADP being advantageous.

  • Professional certification such as PHR or SHRM is preferred.

Role Overview:
The HR Strategic Partner will play a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with the strategic objectives of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of HR practices and employee management, utilizing their expertise to provide value-added services to both leadership and staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance with applicable employment laws.
  • Assess and anticipate HR-related needs, effectively communicating these needs to the HR Department and management.

  • Analyze trends and metrics in collaboration with the HR team to develop effective solutions, programs, and policies.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on strategic and operational HR matters, proposing innovative HR strategies and offering guidance as necessary.

  • Participate in regular meetings with various business functions to ensure alignment and address HR concerns.

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and impartial investigations.

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on business unit restructures, while monitoring workforce planning and succession strategies.

  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals, participating in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure effectiveness.

  • Collaborate closely with the People and Development Team to implement strategic HR initiatives.

  • Offer daily performance management support to leaders, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.

  • Conduct stay and exit interviews, gathering employee feedback and advising leadership accordingly.

  • Facilitate employee roundtable discussions to gather insights on workplace satisfaction and areas for improvement, documenting and tracking action plans for timely execution.

  • Work collaboratively with leaders and employees to enhance workplace relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention, while tracking engagement and retention metrics to demonstrate progress.
