Catholic Charities is currently hiring for a Social Services Office Administrator. The person filling this position will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the programs run out of the Area Office; managing the office and supervising staff and volunteers, providing case management, support and advocacy while working with families and individuals in need who seek out assistance and services through the Catholic Charities Worcester Office.


Additionally, this individual will perform intake and assessments, make appropriate referrals and/or provide services to families and individuals that are at risk in the community, plan and implement outreach and public relations programs to inform the community of the work of the Area Office, and build strong community collaborations.
