Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:

  • Provide comprehensive case management and advocacy for families and individuals seeking assistance.
  • Conduct intake assessments and facilitate appropriate referrals to services.
  • Support clients in stabilizing their immediate situations and addressing urgent safety concerns.
  • Assist clients in developing budgeting skills and resource management techniques.
  • Collaborate with clients to plan for further education or secure stable employment opportunities.
  • Assume the responsibilities of the Area Administrator in their absence.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in social work, human services, or a related field, along with supervisory experience in case management.
  • Alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in relevant fields.
  • A solid understanding of case management and social work protocols.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
