Thomas Printworks truly is “Everything Print” – From custom printed wallpaper, canvas art, wall graphics, sports, and stadium graphics, museum mounted prints, marketing collateral, banner graphics, vehicle graphics, direct mail, and much more, our sales professionals have a tremendous suite of products and services to offer clients.

We are currently looking to fill an open position in our Minneapolis, MN Location.

As a Thomas Printworks sales professional, you will present solutions and sell our products and services to existing and new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Generates quotes to clients.
  • Contacts and responds to clients' requests through phone calls, emails, mailings, and fax.
  • Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
  • Provide administrative support as required.
  • Educate clients on products and services to ensure overall client understanding and participation in job submission and production methods.
  • Remain current on industry trends.
  • Bring a high energy level committed to consistently meeting and exceeding monthly activity and revenue goals.
  • Prospect potential clients through outbound phone calls, e-mails, cold calls, networking events, asking for referrals and utilizing social media.
  • Cultivate, maintain, and grow business relationships with clients by offering customized printing and data management solutions to achieve their objectives.
  • Expand our customer base by tenaciously seeking new printing and data management opportunities, asking clients for new referrals, meeting with prospects, showing samples of our capabilities, working with our production team to develop creative ideas, staying current on the newest materials from vendors.
  • Educate, Advise, and Earn your clients trust by being a consultative sales representative.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent GED
  • Two years of wide-format graphic sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Exceptional customer service skills; presentation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills; verbal and written
  • Detail oriented
  • Computer proficiency is a must
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Must be self-motivated and driven
  • Reliable transportation
