As an HR Coordinator, you will plan, coordinate and monitor all aspects of the client's development projects to maintain schedule, budget and quality in accordance with project requirements. You will be responsible for the development and execution of integrated project plans, and will work closely with internal and external staff in order to ensure that all projects are in alignment with the strategic goals of the company, and that all project objectives are met.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

  • Ordering, tracking, and communicating between partners and internal cross-functional teams
  • New partner set-up and on-boarding
  • Ordering goods for new stores 
  • Tracking and communicating the end-to-end procurement and purchasing process

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
