Job Requirements: One year of related experience. Staffing, Recruiter, HR background is a ideal. Bilingual ( English / Spanish) Good Work Attitude and Team Player. required-skills: Duties include: Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 1. Administers new hires paperwork, orientation, and training. 2. Assists with Job Postings, updates job descriptions and coordinates interviews. 3. Assists with scheduling interviews with prospective job candidates and corresponding with Staffing Agencies. 4. Processes all change of status paperwork as required, including those related to terminations. 5. Provides COBRA information and ensures compliance for terminated employees. 6. Processes required paperwork for Leave of Absences. Updates weekly leave of absence report and maintains log of insurance dues for when employee returns to work. 7. Assists with the coordination of employee events such as luncheons, Employee Appreciation Day, and Birthday's celebrations. 8. Orders name plates for cubicle. 9. Coordinates and assists at employee Drum Circles with translations and scheduling. 10. Responsible for maintaining Safety Data Sheets updated to meet Globally Harmonized System Standards and ensures all binders in the factory are updated. 11. Performs clerical duties as required, such as filing, distribution of memorandum & flyers as needed. Covers HR Administrator's desk during absences. 12. Must be able to follow and keep current on all Federal and State laws regarding employment. 13. Assists with coordination of Pulmonary Function Testing and Audio Testing. 14. Communicates PFT and Audio testing results to employees and management and maintains log of all testing and results for compliance. 15. Assists with updating OSHA training logs for required programs (Annual Hearing, PFT, Fit Testing, Forklift Certifications, First Aid and CPR etc.) 16. Filing of training documentation and test results in training binders for easy audit. 17. Assist with Annual Open Enrollment of Medical, Dental, Vision and Aflac benefits. 18.
