Requirements

Solution Architecture Leadership:

    • Facilitate the collaboration among the delivery team to transition from current to future systems effectively.
    • Lead design and architecture discussions with clients, internal, and external teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Craft end-to-end solutions utilizing Salesforce core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) to solve complex business challenges across various industries.
    • Develop and document solution architectures, designs, and implementation plans with an industry-agnostic approach.
    • Customize and configure solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

People Management:

    • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss progress, set growth objectives, and offer personalized mentorship, supporting their professional development and career aspirations.
    • Craft and implement training and mentorship programs aimed at elevating the expertise and capabilities of business analysts, consultants, solution architects, and developers within the Madison Ave team.
    • Provide individualized mentorship to foster growth and development within the team.

Hands-on Consulting and Solution Design:

    • Provide hands-on consulting expertise in Salesforce technologies, actively engaging in solution design, development, and implementation.
    • Guide and mentor Madison Ave team, providing expertise and support throughout project lifecycles.
    • Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring adherence to our best practices and industry standards.
    • Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate client needs into actionable project plans.

Client and Stakeholder Management:

    • Manage client relationships and expectations, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related discussions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
    • Create Statements of Work (SOWs), outlining project deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
    • Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.

Project Management and Leadership:

    • Oversee projects of all sizes- from SMB to Enterprise level Initiatives- from start to finish, guaranteeing their completion within defined scope, budget, and deadlines.
    • Collaborate closely with the PMO and Project Managers to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring optimal efficiency.
    • Facilitate seamless coordination with onshore and offshore resources to optimize project delivery and resource utilization.
    • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns proactively.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years of professional services/customer service delivery experience.
  • 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience and consultant roles in client-facing environments.
  • 5 years of success leading a team of individual contributors and/or other managers
  • Demonstrated leadership in building, nurturing, and managing top talent through effective mentorship and strategic leadership.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Salesforce technologies for complex business solutions.
  • Experience in diverse industry solutions, with a preference for healthcare expertise.
  • Strong track record in people management, excelling in developing team members’ potential and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Exceptional skill in articulating visions and motivating teams, ensuring clarity and commitment.
  • Expertise in remote work dynamics, excelling at managing and motivating distributed teams to maintain high productivity and collaboration.
