Job Overview:

The OTC Product Management & Support Lead plays a crucial role within the Commercial Systems Team, tasked with enhancing operational efficiency for all business stakeholders. This position operates within an agile framework to prioritize, plan, and oversee the execution of strategic initiatives related to the OTC revamp project, aimed at maximizing the value of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the business owner of Salesforce for the OTC project.
  • Guide product owners and scrum teams in leading Salesforce product development.
  • Assist Sunrise Salesforce Product Owners in prioritizing and identifying valuable features for each development cycle.
  • Champion the interests of business stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Extract insights and develop actionable strategies from stakeholder feedback.
  • Support Salesforce Product Owners in managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Coach Product Owners to articulate and communicate epics and features clearly.
  • Contribute to the strategy for feature rollout, including communication and training plans.
  • Lead and mentor the Salesforce Support and Marketing Support Teams in case management and issue resolution.
  • Provide ongoing support for data migration strategies and risk mitigation plans.
  • Prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment across scrum teams as needed.
  • Drive innovation for enhanced operational efficiency and comprehensive customer insights.
  • Ensure alignment among all affected business teams for each request.
  • Effectively communicate the value delivered to business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce product owner or manager utilizing agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching product owners.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a curiosity to challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored for senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to foster and maintain effective relationships across departments.
  • Creative thinking with an emphasis on business architecture.
  • Strong collaboration skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation expertise.
