  • Integration Skills: At least 2 years of experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems.
  • Core Salesforce Skills: 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Web Services, and Integration.
  • Lightning Experience: 2+ years of direct experience with Salesforce Lightning.
  • Requirements Analysis: Ability to convert customer requirements and conduct gap analysis into detailed technical designs.
  • Design Patterns: Expertise in Salesforce design patterns and their implementation.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client interaction.

  • Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM, Lightning, JavaScript, CSS, and Web Services (SOAP, REST).
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PD I, Admin, and Sales Cloud are required; Salesforce PD II certification is highly desirable.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with Communities, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud is a plus.
