Job Overview:

The OTC Product Management & Support Lead plays a crucial role within the Commercial Systems Team, focusing on enhancing operational effectiveness for all business stakeholders. This position operates within an agile framework to prioritize, plan, and manage the execution of strategic initiatives associated with the OTC revamp project, aimed at maximizing the value of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary business owner of Salesforce for the OTC project.
  • Guide product owners and scrum teams in leading Salesforce product development.
  • Assist Sunrise Salesforce Product Owners in prioritizing and identifying key features for each development cycle.
  • Ensure that Salesforce Product Owners advocate for their business stakeholders.
  • Extract insights and formulate actionable strategies based on internal stakeholder feedback.
  • Support Salesforce Product Owners in managing stakeholder communications.
  • Coach Product Owners in articulating and communicating epics and features effectively.
  • Contribute to the strategy for feature rollout, including communication and training plans.
  • Lead and mentor the Salesforce Support and Marketing Support Teams in case management and issue resolution.
  • Provide ongoing support for data migration strategies and recommend risk mitigation plans for projects.
  • Prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment across scrum teams as needed.
  • Innovate to enhance operational efficiency and customer insights for internal commercial teams.
  • Facilitate alignment among all impacted business teams for each initiative.
  • Clearly articulate the value delivered to business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce product owner or manager, utilizing agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching product owners.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities with a curiosity to challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored for senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships across various departments.
  • Innovative thinking with an emphasis on business architecture.
  • Strong collaboration skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation expertise.
