Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage a collaborative and innovative team atmosphere by acting as a proactive leader.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders effectively.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Guarantee that all Salesforce solutions undergo thorough testing and meet quality benchmarks.
  • Supervise the creation of test plans, test cases, and testing scripts.
  • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a technology or software development context.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
  • Excellent project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
