Role Summary:

  • Execute independent Proofs of Concept to be handed over to the development team.
  • Possess relevant certifications and architectural experience.
  • Plan and oversee technical considerations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct health checks for Salesforce organizations and assess configurations.
  • Analyze organizational configurations, customizations, and security measures.
  • Prepare a Salesforce Configuration workbook detailing customizations and configurations.
  • Assist the Project Manager in defining overall solutions, strategies, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in successful software project implementations related to CRM/Service Cloud.
  • 6+ years of experience in a senior technical lead or architectural role within the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with at least 3 Salesforce projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Lightning/Communities, APEX, coding, Flows, Triggers, Migration Tools, APIs, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Templates, and Web Services.
  • Experience with customized Salesforce Service Cloud integration with CTI, ERP, and legacy systems.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 & 2 certifications are advantageous.
  • Salesforce Application and System Architect certifications are a plus.
