Position Overview
Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient hands-on experience in Lightning Aura and Lightning Web Component Design and Development

Responsibilities and Expectations for the Role:
1. Collaborate directly with Business users to comprehend, analyze, develop, and implement business requirements.
2. Work in close coordination with business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and various IT and business stakeholders.

3. Assume complete ownership of enhancements, support-related requests, and incidents, including UAT coordination and change implementation activities.

4. Engage in design review discussions as necessary and collaborate to collectively make design decisions.
5. Participate in Agile ceremonies including but not limited to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, story review sessions, and be accountable for estimates and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all technical facets of Salesforce implementations and/or customizations, including systems integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom Lightning development.
  • Provide technical guidance, establishing best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement) to offshore senior and junior developers.
  • Offer the necessary support to estimate user stories.
  • Clarify any ambiguities with user story requirements and baseline the estimation.
  • Deliver Field Service Lightning application architecture and guide development, integration, distributed data management, and application testing teams.
  • Collaborate with other technical and non-technical team members, clients, and vendors to define, build, and deliver solutions.
  • Design and deliver Salesforce engagements for clients.
  • Understand challenges faced by the client's Field Service teams and provide solutions using Salesforce & FSL product features and capabilities, alongside industry best practices.
  • Work with clients to analyze and resolve Salesforce and FSL product-related issues/requirements.
  • Participate in the complete software development life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment.
  • Design and develop solutions that optimally leverage Salesforce FSL features to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements, and client goals.
  • Engage in technical design discussions, developing technical solution documentation that aligns with business objectives.
  • Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of FSL implementation.
  • Analyze application and system problems and incidents; develop recommendations and solutions for those issues, implement those solutions, and provide communications on the associated actions, business impacts, and results.
